“They were very understanding of what was “wrong” with our tree and that the only “treatment” was to cut it down. My husband was under going treatments for cancer and in his Chemo mind it was important to treat “ailment” of tree, after delay on cutting it down, very quickly and all the cleanup, we are so pleased!!
