Tree Replacement
In the event that a tree or trees designated for preservation on an approved Tree Conservation Plan, Site Plan or Erosion and Sediment Control Plan are severely damaged, destroyed or removed, they shall be replaced upon notice by the Zoning Inspector at the rates recommended below.
